Colour Test

A coating thickness gauge is a precision instrument used to measure the thickness of paint, powder coating, or other surface coatings on metal or non-metal materials. It helps ensure that coatings meet quality and durability standards without causing any damage to the surface.

Bend Test

This is a bend test machine, used to evaluate the flexibility, adhesion, and durability of paint or coating on metal surfaces. It works by bending a coated metal sheet around a cylindrical mandrel to check if the coating cracks, peels, or detaches. 

Hardness Test

This simple hand test helps determine the bonding strength, durability, and quality of the coating, ensuring it won’t peel or flake under real-world conditions. In this test, a tool with multiple blades (as shown in the image) is used to make a grid of small cuts on the coated surface.

Bend Test

A bend test machine is used to check the flexibility, adhesion, and durability of a coating on a metal surface. In this test, a coated metal sheet is bent around a cylindrical mandrel to see if the paint or coating cracks, peels, or detaches.

Surface Cleaning

The process starts with thorough cleaning to remove oils, dust, dirt, and other contaminants. Proper preparation ensures optimal powder adhesion.

Powder Application

Prepared metal is sprayed with electrostatically charged powder for an even, smooth layer. Custom colors, textures, and finishes are available.

Curing Process

Coated items are heated in a curing oven to fuse the powder into a hard, durable finish, resistant to wear, corrosion, and fading.

Quality Inspection

After cooling, each item is inspected for defects and adhesion. Only products meeting strict quality standards proceed to the next stage.

Final Touches & Packaging

Final touch-ups are applied, and products are carefully packaged. The result is a premium, long-lasting powder-coated product.
